The full list of nominees at the 84th Academy Awards have just been announced!
Hugo has come out on top with more Oscar nominations than any other film – 11 total noms including Best Picture & Best Director. Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close was a surprise Best Picture nominee. Leonardo DiCaprio got snubbed. Harry Potter only grabbed 3 technical nominations.
The 84th Academy Awards will be presented on Sunday, February 26, 2012.

So much snubbing. I can't even fathom how many idiots are in the Academy. 2 John Williams nominations, and not a single Desplat nomination. Let's see, Desplat did like 5 amazing scores, and Williams did 2 mediocre scores, but because he is JW, he gets nominations for free.
