Brad’s girlfriend Jennifer shows up to his Halloween party decked out like a biker chick on the arm of some other dude (Rider Strong!) when she was supposed to be the Raggedy Ann to Brad’s Randy. What. A. Bitch. The Taylors use the Haunted House they set up to scare the bejesus out of Rider Strong for being a douche.

Sabrina, the Teenage Witch: “A Halloween Story”
Stuck attending a family event in the other realm, Sabrina sends a doppleganger to Harvey’s Halloween party to take her place. The catch: her doppleganger can only use three phrases: “I would love to,” “That is so true!” and “Mr. Pool Can Be So Annoying.” Libby tells her to streak in order to liven up the party, but Sabrina returns in time to convince everyone it was actually Libby.

Boy Meets World: “And Then There Was Shawn”
While this episode isn’t actually a designated Halloween episode (it originally aired in February), this spoof of Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer gave me chills when I was still a wee tot. Now I just laugh and bask in the amazing dialogue: “Wait a minute! The killer’s dead, we’re off the hook! UP TOP!”

The Halliwell sisters are summoned to the year 1670 in order to save their family’s matriarch, Melinda Warren, from the clutches of an evil witch just after she’s born. They’re almost hung for their efforts, so probably not their best holiday.

Hey! Arnold: “Arnold’s Halloween”
Inspired by H.G. Wells’s War of the Worlds, “Arnold’s Halloween” follows Arnold and friends as they take to the radio waves to pull an elaborate prank on the adults. Non-removable makeup and a dose of Halloween paranoia stir the adults into hysteria over the perceived intergalactic threat.
