I have been simulataneously awaiting and dreading February 2015 for months now (specifically since July 29, 2014) because the last and final Bloodlines novel is finally going to be released! Richelle Mead’s Vampire Academy/Bloodlines novels have been what I’ve been looking forward to since I began reading them a few years ago and it will all be coming to an end this month. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with myself now that Adrian and Sydney’s story is wrapping up, but at least there are always other new books to be excited about! This month we’ve got another Corpus novel by Jessica Khoury coming out (If you haven’t read Origin , I personally recommend you do so right now!) and the second in last years popular Alienated series. There’s also the first in a new fantasy series that I’ve been hearing about for months and the first in a new series about magic. Finally, we have three new contemporary novels: one that looks like its gonna be a tearjerker, one about a girl who strikes up a friendship (and more) with an injured Marine, and one that deals with teenage depression. What do you guys think about this months new releases? Honestly, I’m just so happy that there are some really great books coming out this month and that we aren’t bombarded by sappy romance books thanks to Valentines Day.
