After fans raised hell about Bioshock Infinite’s cover art, Irrational Games took notice. They put up a poll for gamers to vote on an alternate cover which would appear on the reverse side of official cover art for the game. Out of 6 possible designs, the fans voted and a winner was chosen. This will be the image that players can choose to display on their game cases, rather than the previous art which showcases the main protagonist of the game, Booker DeWitt.
With the holiday buying season nearly over, we can be sure to expect Irrational to start releasing more and more information as the game’s release draws near. Those who preorder the game will receive access to the puzzle flash game, Industrial Revolution as well as a unique weapon for the single-player game. Bioshock Infinite hits store shelves on February 26th, 2013, on PS3, 360, and PC.
