The 2013 Toronto International Film Festival is just a few hours away! Having that in mind, what better way to start the festivities than with…Thor.
Ok, ok…not ‘Thor’ exactly. I’m talking about Chris Hemsworth and his role in the upcoming film ‘Rush‘. Directed by Ron Howard, written by Peter Morgan and inspired in true events, the film tells the story of the 1976 Formula One season and the rivaldry between drivers James Hunt and Niki Lauda. The film also stars Daniel Brühl, Olivia Wilde, Alexandra Maria Lara, Natalie Dormer and it is scheduled to open on the Toronto International Film Festival and nationwide on September 13th.
I’m no F1 expert, but this film looks rather good and it will definitely take a spot on my ‘To-See’ list. Watch the theatrical trailer below and let Oscar season begin!
