A new clip has been released recently from Richard Ayoade’s upcoming film The Double. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. The premise of the film centers on a young man named Simon who feels as though his life starts falling apart after meeting a man who physically looks like him but has a more confident and aggressive demeanor. The film stars Jesse Eisenberg and Mia Wasikowska and will be in theaters May 9th.

In the clip, Simon (Eisenberg) is bewildered that Hannah (Wasikowska) finds James (the double, also played by Eisenberg) attractive and wishes to have Simon speak to him on her behalf.
