If you have been denying that Awards Season isn’t already in full swing the past couple weeks like me, you can’t deny it any longer.
The Fault in Our Stars‘ Ansel Elgort and Eva Longoria announced the nominees for the 21st annual Screen Actors Guild Awards this morning. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the acting community this year. What we did get was a lot of love for films like Birdman, Boyhood, and Foxcatcher and TV shows like Orange is the New Black and True Detective. There are singular nominations that got me very excited. Tatiana Maslany is nominated for her amazing performance(s) in Orphan Black. I’m happy to see that Emma Stone is getting some cred for her memorable performance in Birdman.
The SAG Awards will air live on Jan. 25, 2015 on TBS and TNT. Check out the complete list of nominees below.
