Welcome officially to our Oscar panel series that we’ll be running up until the 87th Academy Awards! Today our video has Evan and I chatting with fellow TYF writer Jon about the nominations for Sound Editing and Sound Mixing in a Motion Picture. We all seemingly found Whiplash to be an obvious choice for Sound Mixing and found that the inclusion of the disappointing The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies above other nominations for Sound Editing (such as Whiplash) was ludicrous.
