Watch the New ‘Paper Towns’ Trailer

Today Twentieth Century Fox released the newest trailer for the movie Paper Towns, based on the novel by John Green:

The new trailer helps us start to get to know Quentin (Nat Wolff) a little better: “Life for me was a well-oiled machine. Duke in the fall, kids by 30, got it all mapped out. Sounds boring, sure, but I like boring.”

We also get glimpses of Ben and Radar’s personality starting to appear: jokes about Q’s mom’s attractiveness, for example (But luckily, in an enjoyable and not forced or gross way).

The trailer gives a more in-depth look at the night of hijinks that Margo (Cara Delevingne) and Q get into, including a funny exchange with a cashier while checking out.

Personally, my favorite part of the new trailer is the glimpses we get of the humor, especially from Ben (Austin Abrams). I’ve already watched the trailer more than once and the jokes still have me laughing out loud.

Paper Towns is setting up to be a fun and humorous summer movie with some deeper subjects at its core: tackling the idea of putting people on a pedestal instead of recognizing who they really are.

Paper Towns hits theaters July 24, 2015!
