Entourage had a very successful eight-year run on HBO which ended in 2011. Since that time, there has always been some talk of a movie version, and four years after the series finale, the Entourage film has finally been released! It continues in the same tradition and styling of the hit series—including cameos from all kinds of celebrities.
Having Marky Mark pop in for a cameo is pretty much a given. As an executive producer and the real-life basis for Entourage, it would be impossible to forget Wahlberg. Watch as he shamelessly pushes his current A&E hit Wahlburgers mid-movie.
Hip-hop musician T.I. once again makes an appearance with the “Bad Boys of Hollywood.” Much like his cameo on the series, T.I. plays himself, on the verge of having yet another child, who greets E in the hospital.
Liam Neeson is viewed as an extreme professional and not one to stoop to low-brow humor—until now. With barely a line and a whiff of one certain finger, Neeson manages to dismiss Ari Gold and put him in his place. Now that’s a master at work.
The “King of the Internet” and LGBT activist George Takei makes it a habit of popping up in some of the most unlikely places. This time, he pops up at Lloyd’s Big Gay Wedding!
Pharrell has had a hand in many different projects over the years, so it shouldn’t be a surprise to see the producer extraordinaire pop up in Entourage. Pharrell shows up late to a movie screening and is put on the spot to perform by Vinnie Chase.
Is there ever a time anymore you see Gary Busey and don’t laugh? Fans of the show have seen Busey act even more outrageous than usual many times, and with this latest appearance, things get even crazier.
Doing her part to stand up for women everywhere, Jessica Alba interrupts a rushing Ari in a parking lot to try and get her movie greenlit. Her biggest issue is that her current film is essentially her standing around while the director Instagrams her “behind.” Power to the people, Jessica.
Since coming to fame in the horror film Scream, David Arquette has managed to continue stealing scene after scene with his over-the-top acting and high-energy delivery. Watch as he attends a screening-turned-party at Turtle’s place.
Always trying to shake that Danny Tanner image, Bob Saget has come out as the foul-mouthed, dirty comedian that he is. His many cameos on the Entourage series have seen him doing massive drugs, entertaining various hookers, and being an all-around party guy. Now that’s a full house.
Some of the best jokes a celebrity can make involve poking fun at themselves. Kelsey Grammer does just this as he exits a marriage counselor’s office alone. On the way out, he gives Ari a bit of friendly advice on spending money.
This is only the tip of the iceberg. All told, there are over thirty cameos strewn throughout the film. Many of these stars made appearances on the television series and continue their hilarious performances on the big screen. If you missed any of those original performances, you can catch up on HBOGo, and DirecTV is offering HBO for free later this month, giving you the chance to rewatch these guest celebrities and the episodes they appeared in!
