For those of us who aren’t the biggest football fans, we all tune in for the Super Bowl for one reason: the commercials. This year, the commercials were running on all cylinders. Here’s the recap of the best movie trailers.

Can we just call it as it is and say that Deadpool has brought us the greatest marketing campaign for a movie ever? If the Australian or testicular cancer trailers weren’t enough, Deadpool once again delivered with its Super Bowl spot. Here we find out about Deadpool’s dream of one day becoming a professional athlete.

Jason Bourne is back, ladies and gentlemen, and based on our 30 second glimpse of the new film, he hasn’t missed a beat. Battle tested and hidden away, we see our beloved assassin being brought back for a war that transcends his own mystery. By the way, Tommy Lee Jones is in this? What?!

Leave it to Roland Emmerich to make you excited for a sequel that’s been 20 years in the making. In this 30 second spot, we see fighter jets taken down by aliens and a city being elevated and thrown down onto itself. Safe to say 20 years ago or not, this is a must see. Independence Day: Resurgence comes out June 24th.

If anyone had any worries about how Apocalypse looks in X-Men Apocalypse ,they have now been put to rest in this 30 second spot. Here we see Nightcrawler facing off against Angel. The world disintegrating in front of our eyes. Oh, and Apocalypse choking out Mystique. May 27th can’t get here soon enough.

You’d think after sharing some shawarma you’d be friends forever, but when a friend from the past comes back, that changes everything. In this new spot for Captain America: Civil War, we see some amazing new shots including Bucky aiming to kill Tony Stark. Yes, my friends, things have escalated quickly. Captain America: Civil War comes out May 6th.

Our favorite turtles are back at it again, this time facing off against some alien monsters. Though they have to save the world, I think it’s safe to assume pizza will be involved at some point. Turtles have to eat, right? Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 comes out June 3rd.

10 Cloverfield Lane seems to be mastering the art of showing us a lot but telling us nothing. I for one am a fan of that skill. In this new spot, we get a few new looks on how our trio arrived in that bunker and what exactly it is they are hiding from. 10 Cloverfield Lane comes out March 11th.

Of all the Super Bowl ads, none delivered a more heart-melting one than The Jungle Book. In this new spot, we finally get to hear the voices of Idris Elba, Ben Kingsley, Bill Murray and best of all Christopher Walken. The Jungle Book is set to release on April 15.

Targeting the family views of the Super Bowl, we also got a quick glimpse of The Secret Life of Pets. Similar to the earlier trailers of the film, we get glimpses of what our furry friends do when we’re away. The Secret Life of Pets is set to release in July.

Probably not the most conventional movie trailer to premiere during the Super Bowl, but given its sports connection Eddie the Eagle fit beautifully. Using current and old football greats to talk about the film doesn’t hurt either. Eddie the Eagle comes out February 26th.
