What do you get when you combine Channing Tatum, Matt Bomer, no shirts, and stripping? Magic Mike, of course and after a 3-year wait we are finally getting a sequel, Magic Mike XXL. (I know, I know, we’ve all been patiently awaiting this day.) The first trailer has just been released, proving that Channing, Matt, Joe and the rest of the former stripping amigos only get better-looking with age and that they’ve still got it.
In the latest installment, they indulge in one last hurrah before they all leave the stripping life behind. They agree to go out with a bang, so one can only imagine the antics viewers can expect. This movie is probably one of the most anticipated comedy sequels in a while and from the looks of the trailer, it seems like it will live up to it’s potential; the music, the dancing, the comedy, and the lack of shirts—count me in. See you all July 1st when the movie releases in theaters!

Picking up the story three years after Mike (Channing Tatum) bowed out of the stripper life at the top of his game, “Magic Mike XXL” finds the remaining Kings of Tampa likewise ready to throw in the towel. But they want to do it their way: burning down the house in one last blow-out performance in Myrtle Beach, and with legendary headliner Magic Mike sharing the spotlight with them. On the road to their final show, with whistle stops in Jacksonville and Savannah to renew old acquaintances and make new friends, Mike and the guys learn some new moves and shake off the past in surprising ways.
