Born This Way made a splash when Gaga debuted it a few weeks ago. It has had both positive and negative reviews. Personally, it’s not my favorite Gaga song, but I do like it and the message it delivers. Finally, we have the video for the song! Check it out below!
It’s a bit strange, right? lol. I thought I was transferred back to the 80s when it began. I didn’t like it at first, but as it went on, I enjoyed it more and more. I love that there’s a lot of dancing in the video. It makes up for the weird beginning that sort of horrified me. I love skull-faced Gaga with the pink ponytail; it’s my favorite get-up in the video. (And I already see it, being a popular costume come Halloween.) Overall, not my favorite Gaga video, but I still like it. At this point, I can see where people are saying she’s trying too hard. It’s cool to be original and edgy, but it needs to make some sort of sense so your audience can understand it and find it engaging.
