U2’s ‘Invisible’ Video Released

U2 Invisible Video

U2 is back people! This year the known Irish band is set to comeback with a brand new album that is being produced by Danger Mouse. The band released the first track, “Invisible” on Super Bowl Sunday as a free download, later available on iTunes.  The song raised more than $3 million for the organization (RED) to help fight against HIV/AIDS. Just a few hours ago, the video for the track was unveiled.

The video is directed by Mark Romanek and was shot in black-and-white, giving it a very artistic look. The album is set to be released sometime in the summer, however, the band is scheduled to appear in the Academy Awards performing the nominated song “Ordinary Love” from the film Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom this March 2nd, so we can look forward to that. Other acts that have confirmed Oscar presentations are Karen O (“The Moon Song”) and Idina Menzel (“Let It Go”).
