Just Announced: Coheed and Cambria’s “NeverEnder GAIBSIV” tour w/ The Dear Hunter

Prog rockers Coheed and Cambria have announced that they will be touring the US this spring performing their 2005 album  Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV: From Fear Through The Eyes of Madness in its entirety

After a mysterious video was released online. The tour, entitled NEVERENDER GAIBSIV, will start on April 11 at The Showbox in Seattle, WA and end May 20, at the Rock on the Range Festival in Columbus, OH. The tour’s non-festival dates will feature The Dear Hunter are the opening act.

Singer Claudio Sanchez announced on CBR.com  this week that he has plans to release a 12 issues of his comic book The Amory Wars based around the Good Apollo album this spring, through Boom! Studios.The series will loosely follow the lyrics of the album and will center around the protagonist, Claudio Kilgannon, and his discovery that he is The Crowing.

Released in September 2005, Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV: From Fear Through The Eyes of Madness is one of the band’s best selling albums and featured the hits singles “Welcome Home,” and “The Suffering.” The album has also sold over a million records worldwide. The tickets for NEVERENDER GAIBSIV are on sale now at www.coheedandcambria.com.
