Kanye West’s video for ‘Monster’ is finally released
After the rather crappy unfinished video that was released last year, Kanye West finally unleashes his “piece of art” that is ‘Monster’. The song featured by Rick Ross, Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj and Bon Iver had a very gory look, it seems like Mr West was aiming for the bloody this time around. You can see the video by clicking here: ‘Monster‘. First, I couldn’t find it anywhere on YouTube so I had to do a little research until I found it on TwitVid. Young folks, if the link is taken down for some reason then let’s just wait until its released on Kanye’s VEVO! While watching it I thought I was seeing the modern version of Thriller minus the backstory and dancing, when I say Thriller I mean because of the blood, the zombies, and all of the scenery. My favorite part surprisingly enough was Nicki vs Nicki which I found funny! I love the song, more like I love all of “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” which is true, but if I was Yeezy I would have kept the video you know.. a little bit more ‘friendly’. Well, we all know Kanye equals controversy, so after families asked for channels like MTV to ban the video, now before the video starts it says “The following content is in no way to be interpreted as misogynistic or negative towards any groups of people. It is an art piece and it shall be taken as such“.
Bad Meets Evil video – Fast Lane ft Eminem & Royce Da 5’9
Now, in other news, this video is somewhat more friendly than Kanye’s in the sense that you will not be disgusted, I love how the lyrics pop up as Eminem and Royce were interpreting them. Loving the promptness of the rhymes and the good team that Bad Meets Evil will be. Can’t wait for the album! Take a look!
Another song called ‘Monster’ and this time is Paramore‘s and it will be on the “Transformers: Dark of The Moon”
It seems like everyone loves the word ‘Monster’ nowadays, but I’m not gonna lie. I’m really feeling Paramore’s song for Transformers titled yes you know it ‘Monster’. Like Gaby said in the past podcast, it has that Paramore sound to it. I can’t help but jam to it. The soundtrack for Transformers: Dark of The Moon will be released on June 13th and will also feature music by Linkin Park and My Chemical Romance!
