Not the most suspenseful episode, but worth watching to answer so many questions.

*SPOILER ALERT*

Emily receives a text from her mother saying that they were offered to stay over at the DiLaurentis house. The girls believe that it would be a good idea because it could help them find Cece.

Spencer attempts to talk to Ezra in school to help him open the lock to his classroom door, but Ezra can’t even look her in the eye, while rejecting her assistance.

Mona is back in the rehabilitation center. She admits that she was the one who got rid of Wilden because he caused nothing but trouble. Wren caught Mona not consistently taking her medication.

Emily brings her stuff into Ali’s room, but she felt so uncomfortable. Spencer tried to remind her that there could be evidence in the room that could help the girls.

Hannah asked Caleb if he could help her get into Radley. Caleb questions her if it’s because Mona was sent back, but she claims that it was Mona who helped her mom. Caleb told her that she needs to talk to her parents and the police and tell them that “A” is back.

Ali’s mom tells Emily that her husband has decided to get a divorce. The two of them have a nice, honest chat with each other over a cup of tea. She was telling Emily how she used to see ghosts of Ali, and wanted to conserve Ali’s room in order to conserve her remains. Mrs. DiLaurentis says that she must’ve not known her husband well enough to not know that he was not the man she would spend the rest of her life with. Emily says that she likes girls, and once Ali deceased, she’s become more honest with herself and accepting her reality.

Ezra meets up with his son’s mother, Maggie, because he wanted to show her that he got DNA testing done. But Maggie got aggravated that he would get paper work behind her back. Then, Ezra shows her the paper work and confronts Maggie that she knew all along that he was never the father. She claims that she “didn’t know” but Ezra was just so frustrated that he literally gave up time of his day to father this child that isn’t even his; he loves Malcolm like his own son.

Hannah enters the DiLaurentis home but doesn’t see anyone. However, to no one’s expectation, “A” is also in the house. Hannah checks out the belongings in Ali’s room, looks into her jewelry box and picks up a ring. But, we see “A” in the box’s mirror, but cannot see who it was because “A” was wearing the mask that looked like Ali’s face, the red trench coat and black leather gloves.

Mrs. Hastings visits Mona at Radley. She confronts her that if this is a “stunt” that is trying to hurt her daughter, Mona will find out just how scary she is. Mona claims that Wilden was the only man who messed with his daughter, and now he’s gone.

Ezra calls Aria, but she declines the phone call.

Toby and Spencer visit Dr. Palmer. Toby went to him previously to discuss his mother, and tried to explain to him that he received sheet music (from “A”) that belonged to his mother, but Dr. Palmer claims he doesn’t know anything. Spencer attempts to play the music on the piano in the room. We later discover that Dr. Palmer has the impression that Spencer is Ali’s mother and that Toby is just a random boy. Dr. Palmer questioned if Toby was in the room, but Spencer responds no.

Spencer, Hannah and Emily discuss the visit. Spencer wants to ask Ali’s mother if she ever went to Radley, but Emily suggests that she doesn’t ask because she’s going through a divorce. Nevertheless, Spencer asks Mrs. DiLaurentis if she ever knew Dr. Palmer, the psychiatrist. She claims that the name rang a bell, but didn’t necessarily know what from.

Then, we see a flashback.  Ali’s mom received a call from Radley saying that her daughter wants to check into the rehabilitation center, and her mother went insane because she thinks that her daughter wants to mentally hurt herself. However, we discover that it was a joking plan that Cece would go to Radley and check in as Ali, but the girls never discussed following through with the plan. But, of course Cece checked in as Ali, and Ali was somewhat shocked. Ali’s mother said that their friendship was toxic.

Mrs. Hastings was accused of pressuring Mona into confessing the truth. Therefore, Hanna’s mother now has no lawyer for the trial.

I’ve missed so many episodes (don’t worry I’ll go back and watch back and review episodes that I’ve missed), but I’m catching up. So basically, Aria has found a new man, and has moved on from Ezra. We all know that Maggie was the reason why Ezra was forced to move on from Aria, but now with Maggie out of the picture, he’s running back to Aria like a lost puppy. Although I’m thrilled to know that Mona has answered our questions as to who killed Wilden, I did not expect that one solution could actually cause another problem. I felt that Mona was sane for once when admitting that she was the murderer (if that even is true) but to put her back in Radley makes life more difficult for the girls to solve these answers. Although this episode has been a little confusing for me because I’ve missed a few weeks, it was definitely an episode that answered so many questions that I’ve been pondering.

Tune in next week for another fantastic episode of Pretty Little Liars at 8PM on ABC Family!
