Daniel Radcliffe has a beard! Well, at least you can see one in the first teaser trailer for The Gamechangers, a tv-drama about the court battle surrounding the Grand Theft Auto series.
Set in 2002, Radcliffe plays Rockstar Games co-founder and president Sam Houser, the “British genius behind the most lucrative video game ever” that must face the “man on a moral mission” Jack Thompson, played by Bill Paxton. Thompson truly believed that video games were too violent and graphic.
Filmed in South Africa, the movie was written by James Wood and directed by Owen Harris (Kill Your Friends, Black Mirror). It is set to air on the UK on BBC2 at 9pm on September 15th. Hopefully, the BBC will air it in other countries soon.
