“When you’re close to changing something, you feel it push back.”

After a double dose of teaser trailers in November 2015 and December 2015, Hulu has finally released the official trailer for its original thriller series 11.22.63. The eight-part limited event, based on the 2011 Stephen King novel 11/22/63, stars James Franco as the unassuming Jake Epping, a high school English teacher and recent divorcée sent on a time-travel mission to prevent the John F. Kennedy assassination by killing Lee Harvey Oswald.

The series will also star Chris Cooper (American Beauty, Adaptation, August: Osage County) as Al Templeton, the man who sends Jake on an odyssey of Homeric proportions, Canadian actress Sarah Gadon as Sadie Dunhill, Jake’s lover, and Australian actor Daniel Webber as Lee Harvey Oswald.

Produced by J.J. Abrams and his Bad Robot Productions company, 11.22.63 is sure to be fantastically surreal, dazzlingly dramatic and gripping throughout. The premiere episode will make its Hulu debut on Presidents Day – February 15, 2016. Fitting, eh?
