Aaron is a movie fanatic. He is from Orange County, California, but earned a degree or two at UC Santa Barbara. He describes himself as a film reviewer, writer, podcaster, video game player, comic book reader, disc golfer, and a lefty. There are too many films, TV shows, books, etc. for him to list as favorites, but he can assure that the amount of film knowledge within his noggin is ridiculous, though he is always open to learning more. You can follow Aaron on Twitter @AaronsPS4, see what else he is up to at TheCodeIsZeek.com, and check out his podcast, Out Now with Aaron and Abe, on iTunes.

TV Review: AMC’s The Walking Dead (6×03) “Thank You”

TV Review: AMC’s The Walking Dead (6×02) “JSS”

In talking about The Walking Dead this past summer, I learned that some are not very satisfied with Rick and the gang posting up in Alexandria. Well, they’re either going to have to settle in for what will likely be…

Teacher of the Year is a film made in a faux-documentary style, focusing on the faculty of Truman High School.  The main subject of this film is Mitch Carter (Matt Letscher), a good man who has just won the California…

TV Review: Fox’s Gotham 1×22, “All Happy Families Are Alike”

The nature of writing weekly reviews of a television series can be tricky. I don’t know where these shows are going ahead of time, which is why I can only write based on what I have seen. Obviously the content…

TV Review: Fox’s Gotham 1×21, “The Anvil Or The Hammer”

I don’t know about any of you, but I thought it was pretty clear at the end of last week’s Gotham that Barbara had wandered into the Ogre’s murder room. Apparently she just did not know what to take away from a…

TV Review: FX’s The Americans 3×13, “March 8, 1983”

I have found this season of The Americans to be fascinating in so many ways. What it may have held back, as far as big action beats and really cool uses of music (although it had its share) this year,…
